I have always been a lover of food and this is why I began experimenting with various kinds of ingredients.
This little adventure began one evening when my brother and I talked about cooking (both of us are big foodies), and I was telling him, that I love making porridge in the mornings for my husband and I. And it was kind of funny because my other half is not a huge fan of porridge, he would rather have an omelette, but he still is very excited to try a bowl of porridge or to have one of my smoothies by me in the mornings!
So, I was telling my brother that I became a kind of Master of Porridge and that’s how this website was born!
You will notice that most of my recipes are plant-based, refined sugar and dairy free. However, I don’t label myself as vegan or dairy-free. Instead, I just eat simple food that makes me feel good and my tummy happy. I hope you enjoy my recipes and join me on a journey to finding lovely food! With love, B.
